To Whom It May Concern:
The Lorain Palace Theater will no longer be affiliated with the organization currently known as The Lorain Arts Council, effective immediately. The Lorain Palace Theater hereby terminates any relationship with this organization effective August 19, 2010.
All documents and bank statements relating to the Lorain Arts Council will be released to Miriam Rosa, Treasurer for the Lorain Arts Council.
Additionally, John R. Handyside, Executive Director of the Lorain Palace Theater will no longer will serve on the Board of Directors for the Lorain Arts Council nor have any business relationship with this organization, effective August 19, 2010.
Effective August 19, 2010, the Lorain Arts Council may no longer avail itself of the Lorain Palace Theater’s 501 ( c ) (3) status.
As soon as the proper paperwork is presented to John R. Handyside, he will relinquish all rights to the name LORAIN ARTS COUNCIL and the domain name, LORAIN ARTS COUNCIL.COM
