John and Tom Fogerty, along with Stu Cook and Doug Clifford started making music together in 1959. However, they didn’t find real success until 1967 when they changed the name of their band to Creedence Clearwater Revival. For 5 years they topped the charts with songs like Susie Q, Green River, Proud Mary, Bad Moon Rising, Have You Ever Seen The Rain, and many more. They performed all over the world including Woodstock. Suddenly the band broke up in the early 70’s but their music lives on. John Fogerty went on to have a tremendous solo career and is still performing today. In 2019, four guys from Cleveland, Ohio and Clearwater, Florida came together to form Cleveland’s Clearwater Revival to recreate the sight and sound of CCR and Fogerty and give you the best of both acts in one show.
